Remote Hands

Our engineers do the physical work at the data center on your behalf. Ask us to install or replace equipment, change cabling, or check on site during an incident, whenever remote access is not enough.

On-site work

Overview

Remote Hands has our engineers carry out physical work at the data center for you. Faults that remote access cannot resolve, equipment installs and replacements, and cabling changes can all go ahead without you traveling to site.

The service is available at every data center in the Tokyo area. At data centers you contract with outside our colocation, you arrange entry and work permission under that data center's rules.

Request work when you need it, book a set date and time, or contract it as scheduled work. Requests are handled during business hours, and work can be booked for any time, 24 hours a day, including nights and holidays. We report the results when the work is done.

Available at every data center in the Tokyo area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba), including data centers you contract with outside our colocation.
