IP Transit
IP transit for ISPs and content providers, with major domestic and global carriers as upstreams and full internet reachability over BGP.
Overview
IP transit connects your network (AS) to the whole internet. We establish a BGP session with you, announce your routes to the internet, and send you internet routes.
It is for ISPs, content providers and cloud operators with their own AS number and IP addresses. Choose full routes, a default route, or Tokyo local routes.
Billing uses the 95th percentile or an average. The 95th percentile drops the top 5% of traffic samples, so short bursts have little effect on your bill.
Connect by cross connect (XC) inside the data center or through an IX.
Who it is for
- ISPs and content providers with their own AS
- Network operators building a multihomed design
Features
Global reachability
Upstreams including Zayo, Hurricane Electric, IIJ, SoftBank and RETN provide domestic and global reachability, alongside major IXes in Japan.
Optimized domestic routing
We connect to major IXes such as JPIX, JPNAP and BBIX and exchange routes directly with domestic networks, which shortens the path for domestic traffic.
AI-assisted monitoring and on-call response
AI-assisted monitoring watches the network 24/7, 365 days a year. When the system cannot recover automatically, our on-call engineer responds.

FAQ
Do I need an AS number?
Yes. Without one, consider Dedicated Internet Access or our ASN and IP service.
What is RTBH?
It drops (black-holes) traffic to an attacked IP address upstream during events such as DDoS attacks
