Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
Our Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service offers businesses premium internet connectivity with low latency, optimized traffic routing, and superior reliability.
Overview
Dedicated Internet Access connects business sites and servers directly to the internet, with lines and port speeds designed around your requirements.
Unlike IP transit, it does not need an AS number. Use static routing with our IP addresses, or connect with BGP.
For business customers only. Connected by cross connect (XC) inside the data center, and we arrange the circuit to your site.

FAQ
Is bandwidth guaranteed?
The stated bandwidth is the maximum available. Depending on upstream load and network conditions, it may not always be fully reached. The SLA is 99.9%.
How is this different from IP transit?
IP transit is for operators exchanging routes over BGP with their own AS. DIA works without one and suits business sites.
